Video: US Stocks Jump on GMAC Status

US Markets opened slightly higher on Friday on news that GMAC, the financing arm of General Motors, has been given approval from the Federal Reserve to become a bank holding company. US Markets opened higher Friday on News of the Fed's approval of GMAC's bank holding status.
