Blue chips eked out a gain Friday to complete their biggest four-week rally since 1933 despite a surge in the nation's unemployment rate. The Dow rose 39 points to 8,017. The S&P 500 gained 8 points to 842. The Nasdaq jumped 19 points to 1,621.
