Video: Accused broker in NY Ponzi scheme stays in jail

A federal judge has ruled that the owner of a New York investment firm accused of running a $370 million Ponzi scheme is entitled to bail. But he says a defense offer of a $750,000 bond, for Nicholas Cosmo, is inadequate.
